Lifestyle - Playboy Intimates launched in India

The Thailand-based, $100-million Kyra Mode company, has entered into a licensee based agreement with the US based Playboy Enterprises Inc to launch its lingerie brand – Playboy Intimates. The lingerie brand will be pitted against brands such as Triumph and Lovable in the Indian market. At a press conference, Mr Theprit Srichawla, Managing Director, Kyra Mode Company said, “India has a huge untapped market for luxury lingerie in India and are targeting Rs 20 cro re in the first year of the launch.” Playboy Intimates will be distributed in India through Gamma Textile Ltd.
