Business - Nokia forms joint venture with HCL

NEW DELHI: Nokia Corporation on Wednesday said that it had formed a joint venture with HCL Infosystems to sell mobile value-added services (VAS) and entertainment content directly to consumers in India as part of its services strategy in the country.
